The Liberty Quintet
Liberty Tax struck my funny bone again today when I was on my way to pickup Noah at his daycare. A location on the North side of town had five people dressed as the Statue of Liberty swaying and jumping outside. The only thing that would have made it better would have been them busting into choreography.
Noah’s Driving
Among the few video games that Noah and I play is Disney/Pixar Cars. It is fun to drive around Radiator Springs and surrounding area; seeing Cars characters out driving around and explore locations that were in the movie. Noah gets very excited when he finds hidden places, and there are plenty of secrets to find in the game. He also enjoys smashing into buildings, other cars and falling off cliffs.
So, all you drivers out there…watch out! Noah is behind the wheel now!
Uno
Noah and I played a few games of Uno today. It is really good for him to play this game: he likes knowing the colors and the numbers. He enjoys the opportunity to shout “Uno!” before me. When we play, I help guide him on each move to keep the game moving. It is important that I not let him win on purpose, as he does get excited when I win as well. These times will make great memories.
A Lazy Day
Today was a lazy day. I didn’t do any chores. I didn’t work on music. I didn’t brainstorm for design projects. I didn’t read anything of substance.
I did watch a movie called “Stardust.” I also watched an episode of Mythbusters. I missed Noah.
