Noah and I visited the Trueblood family this evening because Chris and I intended to haveĀ a writing session. However, he was experiencing computer issues, so we worked on that for most of the evening. We did develop the new musical idea from last Thursday a bit, though. So, music is still making its way into the world, slowly.
Neesie and I had our house problem solved today. We discovered that our lovely tree in the back yard had decided to break into our sewage main. It was a great relief to come home from work to see that there was no water standing in the basement.
Computers are wonderful machines when they work. My desktop machine is not playing nice these days. I get to spend a portion of my weekend troubleshooting my problems. There seems to be many strange things happening on my machine. It may be time to do the yearly ‘big maintenance’. This involves clearing off the master drive and re-installing the operating system. This is enjoyable for those who have never had to do it. I never cease to enjoy myself every time I do it.
Bill Cosby’s ‘Wonderfulness’ is accompanying this entry and the drink of choice is Amaretto Sour.
The New Jersey Guitar Craft Circle is holding a Level One course in September 2000. I look forward to the opportunity to attend. It’s a goal to work toward, but there are no guarantees yet. I’ve requested some more information regarding registration and fees. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.
